 I was in control of staff, materials and disposal control of waste materials, and
prepare a daily progress report.
 I took the roles of site security in case of any external or public visits I always

their names in the site visit’s book.
 I involved and assist the team of budget plan in working out and investigate the
actual costs, time scale, and market changes and credits area.
 I was involved in post contract financial processes of the project where; value of
measurement work completed, value of work covered by prime cost, value of
unfixed materials on site, value of fluctuation if allowable and release of
retentions.
 I assist for claim reimbursement of loss and expenses.
 Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
 I am always; introduce the advantages and benefits of joining the ICE and its
duties towards members.
 I am aware that progression constant in the industry; thus I need to updated
myself to industry standard.
 I attend seminars regarding new and updated the Code of Practice and British
Standard.
 Involve in design verifications and material submissions.
