How is the narrative established?
The ‘dead pool’ story established by using the ‘marvel’ title sequence. The opening
film started from a pitch-black screen to aggressively increasing speed MARVEL
logo. Then the fully logo reveal. Then the logo slowly decreases in size.
The music in the film opening scene is jazz soundtrack and very calm. In the
following scene then the whole film is introduced by a pullback from an extremely
close up of a lighter to pilling back for the audience to see the faces of a man possibly
the main character.
How is mise-en-scene used to create atmosphere?
Camera shots:
Rage camera shots were used like the first used was extreme close up of a lighter
then slowly pullback to close up. They used wide shots to help established the full
scene and help outline everything the mise-en-scene?

Lighting:
The lighting in the whole film sequence looked very natural then some lights falling
on the objects and characters was very natural.
Actors:
Lots of character were shown in this film opening but only one character mattered,
which is the hero ( deadpool ). However they did not use deadpool as the spotlight
of the scene rather than randome character that opened up the film. The characters
had very scared facial expressions and all outfits matched the ‘action’ theme also
due to their make-up and blood; they helped create a very dangerous ambience.
How might the audience be engaged with the show?
This film opening will get the audience attention and make them want to watch this
movie. The music makes the film opening look more interested, and when it shows
the face of deadpool it makes it look fun and serious and make the audience want to
know what’s going to to happen and what type of will character will be like. And the
slow motion effect of the camera shots helps to look good.
