Sumant Moolgankar was an engineer from Imperial College London who pioneered cement machinery manufacturing in India during World War 2. He later served in advisory roles to the Indian government and helped establish engineering divisions at TELCO (now Tata Motors). In 1995, Tata Motors named their car "Tata Sumo" in tribute to Moolgankar, deriving the name from parts of his name. Being an engineer his life started in a cement factory from that he
became widely popular and during WW II he pioneered to set up India’s
first indigenous heavy items of cement machinery such as the kiln,
grinding mills, crushers and ancillary equipment. In 1962, he agreed to
serve as the Honorary Adviser to the Ministry of Economic and Defence
Co-ordination and was included as a Member of the Indian Defence
Delegation that went to Washington in 1963. In the way he joined
TELCO and from the very beginning TELCO trained its employees in
the required skills and technologies. Sumant Moolgaokar was also
instrumental in setting up the Engineering Research Centre, the
Machine Tool and the Press Tool Division. In the year 1995 the Tata
Motors as a tribute to this noble man of the then TELCO came up with

home but Agni did not because he knew that he was smitten by the desire and beauty of the seven princess.
In desperation he transformed himself into Grahapatya and visited to peek on each of the seven princess.
But to greater desperation he was observed by X. So X took the form of Shiva and pointed out that all the
princess have spotted agni and they too are passionate for agni and in darkness X took Agni to a dark
forest, fearing that she may be identified she took the form of a bird and carried the seed of Agni and
dropped in the golden lake. This continued for the next five days on the seventh day she could not
transform herself into ‘Arundhuti’ and she was at a mess. Suddenly she realized that the first seed which
she dropped in the lake was on the first day of the lunar month and this gave rise to Y with twelve arms,
six heads, two feet and a body. X so then asked Y to make Agni understand the love of X for Agni and then

2008 by the Airport Authority of India with the help of the Indian Space Research
Organization (ISRO) technology and space support.
MECHANISM : The reference stations pick up signals from the orbiting GPS

that then work out the necessary corrections that must be made. Messages carrying
