 Carrying Telenor Outbound P2P
 Daily conduct huddles to follow daily updates
 Refresher and training
 Real time documented feedback given to our low performers CSE’s
 Ability to analyze and assess services and operations for quality, efficiency, effectiveness and to make
recommendations for improvements.

 Call evaluation
