“I was responsible for arranging videotaping at the Global Youth Conference held at the Pan American
Health Organization headquarters in Washington, DC. I contracted with The WhiteWolf Company to
do this work and was extremely pleased with the outcome.
The meeting was a high-level gathering, with members of the diplomatic corps of Canada and the
United States in attendance. Hence, we were eager to get the highest quality footage.
The footage was needed for a documentary on the Global Youth Conference being produced in
Tokyo, since the meeting in Washington was one of five held simultaneously around the world. The
producers of this documentary in Tokyo were pleased with the footage from Washington and did, in
fact, incorporate that footage into their documentary.

“After working on the design and location of Sandbox Harbor for over four years now, I can’t tell you how pleased I am
now that we are entering the funding stage. The designs are wonderful and I’m positive the project will be an
unprecedented success. As you know, we have ten million visitors annually here in Daytona Beach and if we can only
attract a percentage of the people that are already here - it will be fantastic. One of the nice things about living here
in Florida, we “locals” get to use the facilities designed for our guests - so, sign me up for annual passes.”
As a business developer, I meet many people who have a dream. Rarely, it becomes my pleasure to work with a group
that has the dream and the talent required to make the dream a reality. I truly love the Sandbox Harbor concept as a
business and have done the math to see what it can do for the community. It is a magnificent concept and you have

working with you and the other team members, seeing the research, and realizing your quest for perfection, I know it
will be something special. It shows in your design, your commitment to guest safety and convenience and most of all,

We both know that parks and amusements are designed for children and I applaud that. But I am so proud that this
hospitality/learning facility combines both fun and education. As the husband of a teacher, I feel qualified to say that
by springing imagination early, you will be germinating the curiosity that will lead to lifelong learning and establish a
love of education to our next generation that will improve their quality of life. This alone, makes the project both
