 不要寄連自己都不想收到的信。
 有些行業的 reputation 本來就比較差,更要特別注意 (房貸、信貸、製藥、煙、酒、成人娛樂、賭博、在家工作)
 Domain and “From”Address 注意事項
 寄信人的 email 不只會出現在收件人的收信軟體,有些ISP也會收集起來針對它作 reputation
 注意你的 Domain,因為:
▪ 不管如何分散寄你的名單,ISP會針對 domain 作 reputation
▪ 收件人需要知道你的 domain,他在A網站留資料,寄信人不能為 B 網站,不然容易被列為垃圾信
 如果要寄大量信,寄件人不要用 isp base 的 email,否則會被特別的注意
 正確的WHOIS 資訊,收件人要能查的到詳細資料
 數位簽章
 SPF , DKIM
 名單維護:
 注意你留 email 的方式,可能有人會留假 email,如果你寄了,你會被 ISP 列為不負責任的寄件人
 如果你發現常常在第一次寄信時被硬退信時,請留個再次確認 email 的欄位
 可以發驗證信來確認email 正確性
 可以用第三方的服務來驗證email 的正確性
 可以用程式針對 email 的特徵先作初階的判斷
 你要小心各種可以穿過 SES 或 ISP 檢查的欄位,例如論壇、留言,寄送高品質的內容是你的責任
 只寄信給真的人,不要寄給 postmaster@, abuse@, or noc@
 不要寄信給買來的名單
 符合法令
 退信率保持在5%以下(通則)
 確認你的舊名單(可查登入記錄),否則會被列
入黑名單
 如果你要寄重要的訊息,你要顯示你要寄出的
email及讓user可以選其它方式,例如簡訊
 硬退信的就不要再寄了,再寄也不會成功,還
會破壞你的 reputation
 確認你退信的信箱是有效的,如果用 SES,可
以使用 SNS通知
 如果你需要更多的資料作比對,你可以在 X-
header 加上比對資料
 抱怨率保持在 0.1%以下(通則)
 不要繼續寄與抱怨信相同類型的信給收件人
 如果你太久沒寄信,請確認你的收件人知道為
何會收到這封信,你可以先寄個 welcome 信
 確認你的退信 email 是有效的,而且也要檢查
垃圾郵件,如果用 SES,可以使用 SNS的通知
 Complain 的退信通常會包含原信件內容,為
了方便你比對,你可以在 X-header 加上比對
資料
 可以使用 SpamAssassin 或第三方
reputation service 例如:Return Path
 檢查你信件內所有的URL,ISPs 會擋在黑
名單的連結。可以使用URIBL.com 和
SURBL.org 檢查連結是否在黑名單中。盡
量少用短網址。
 確認你的連結都要是有效的
 網站上提供隱私權政策
 如果你是高頻率(例如:每天)的在寄信,請
確認每天的內容是不一樣的。
 Dear Amazon SES Customer,
Our analysis of your Simple Email Service sending pattern is
showing that certain parameter(s) of your sending are at
unacceptable levels. If these metrics do not improve, we will
suspend your SES sending privileges. For each metric that is at an
unacceptable level, we will allow you a defined number
of emails to be sent to bring the metric back up to acceptable
levels. Please note that if your sending quality decreases further
actions may be taken before you have sent the number
of emails noted below.
*Unacceptably High Bounce Rate: 2,367 of the last approximately
24,000 distinct emails addresses you have sent to have bounced.
*This issue must be fixed within the next 40,000 emails you send.

privileges have been suspended, effective immediately.
You have now exceeded the time frame we specified in
your probation notice, and the problem that put your
account into probation is still unresolved.
If you wish to appeal this suspension, please respond to
this email with details of how you will change your sending
in order to avoid this problem or why you think this notice
may be incorrect.
