13. Metal pole
14. White wrapping paper
Execution:
To begin, we found a picture on Pinterest of a three dimensional photo
booth using picture frames. We cut out a big hole in the plywood and
attached newspaper to the wood. Next, we drilled a big picture frame
around the hole. The next step was to attach the brown butcher paper
under the frame. The three dimensional words were then applied on top
of that. After the booth was completed, a sign was put together using a
sign from the storage room and a metal pole. Wrapping paper was
wrapped around the back of the sign covering where it had been taped
to the metal pole.

Materials:
1. News paper
2. Brown runner paper
3. Hole punch
4. Packing tape
5. Pencil
6. Meter stick
7. Blade
Execution:
First, we gathered newspaper and attached the sheets together with
tape. We then cut the brown runner paper down to 20 inches wide and 8
½ feet long. The whole punch was then used on the outer edges to
create border. Next, the runner paper was taped to the top of the
newspaper tablecloth. To finish the tables, we attached the completed
tablecloth to an 8-foot table.

3. Painters tape
4. Black chalk spray paint
5. Paint marker
6. Streamers
7. Tacky glue
8. Black card stock
9. Scissors
10.Double sided tape
Execution:
We started by taping aluminum buckets on the top and bottom to create
an uncovered strip in the middle. Next the strip was painted with black
chalk spray paint. When the paint was dry, facts about crawfish and food
labels were written on the black strip with chalk markers/ paint markers.
Painter’s tape was removed and buckets were placed on the tables.
Next, we began forming flowers. We started by cutting out three different
sizes of circles from streamer and cutting out circles from card stock. We
glued the biggest circles onto the edge of the black card and then
continued with the other circles. To finish, we taped the flowers onto
tables using double-sided tape.

Materials:
1. Two black round tables
2. Four large silver buckets
3. Two red picture frames
4. Black card sock
5. Lemons
6. Paint marker
7. Water
8. Plastic sun flowers
9. Four beverage dispensers

11. Paper towels
12. Four mason jars
13. Soap pumps & soap
14. Rocks
15. Grey spray paint
16. Two white bowls
17. Salt
Execution:
We began by making four soap dispensers. First, we got four mason jars
and cut a hole in the lids to make room for the soap pumps. Next, we
spray painted the lids with grey spay paint. After the spray paint dried, we
glued the soap pumps in the holes. Rocks were added to the bottom of
the mason jars, and then they were filled with soap. Next we did the
picture frames by writing on black card stock with paint markers to put
inside. The beverage dispensers were filled with salt and water and lemons
were cut and put into bowls. The last step was decorating the tables with
tin watering pots with plastic sunflowers inside them, and putting objects in
place on the black tables.

3. Party!
Materials:
1. Balloons
2. Ribbon
3. White card stock
4. Pictures from previous alumni years
5. Glue
6. Scissors
Execution:
We began by printing old alumni pictures and cutting them down to a
right sized proportion. Next, we cut out card stock to create a border for
each picture and glued them behind the pictures. Then, we cut out
different sized ribbons and punched one hole at the top of each white
border and attached the ribbon. After this we blew up balloons with
helium and tied the other side of the ribbon to the balloon. We attempted
to connect the balloons in the roofs of the tents, but the wind was too
strong so clusters of balloons were tied to each corner of the tent.
