Continuous innovation and a dedicated culture of putting our customer’s interest first

needs of our customers worldwide.

Our company has developed a significant presence not only in India but also in the
international market. Our products are distinguished for their comprehensive range of
standard and custom offerings as well as their internationally accepted quality. For the
last 28 years, we have been supplying wide range of aluminium extrusions to meet the
requirements of end users in areas like, architecture, transport, textile,
electrical/electronic and receiving recognition from agencies such as ISO 9001: 2008.

Our Company’s production facilities are located on a 16.5-acre site in Mysore. Our
integrated production facilities include 3 fully-automated extrusion presses with monthly
production capacity of 2000 metric tonnes. To complement the aesthetics finishing, we
have - a modernized PLC controlled anodizing/electro colouring plant from Italtecno,
Italy. A fully integrated powder coating line with powder coating spray system supplied
by the global leaders from ITW Gema, Switzerland. Our fabrication unit for aluminium
profiles is also equipped with CNC precision machines from Emmegi, Italy which ensure
great results for angle cutting, sawing, drilling and counter sinking etc.

Q2. In your opinion at what rate is the extrusion business growing in India, and which
sector is driving the growth?

The estimated ambitious future growth of general industries in India is at 12%. This will
take aluminium extrusion business also with it, to grow at a rate of 12%. Over the last
few years there has been tremendous growth in Construction and housing, Automotive,
Power/Electricity. Whilst construction and housing consume almost 60%, other sectors
are consuming the rest.

The YoY growth in construction and housing could be 15-20%, power and electrical at
10-15%, with more and more overseas engineering companies entering India, the demand
for aluminium extrusion can be safely assumed to be on positive side.

Q3. With Government emphasis on infrastructural development, at what rate is the
aluminium demand growing in the country?

We expect that the industry will grow reasonably in the coming years with huge demands
for aluminium extrusions in the construction of new airports and metro rail projects. Solar
power and telecom sector would contribute for 9-10 % of demand for aluminium
extrusion with the kind of infrastructure investment the country is making across these
sectors.

Q4. What is the total installed capacity of the company's product, and is the company
looking to further ramp up production activities?

Currently, total installed capacity is 2000 metric tones per month. We have plans to
augment capacity further by installing fourth production line for aluminium extrusions to
increase capacity to 2,600 tonnes per month. Besides, another anodising plant and a high-
tech PVDF plant would be installed in the next two years.

We are actively marketing the benefits of using aluminium over steel. We have added
new facilities and introduced a range of stronger alloys to the market at competitive
prices. Also, recently we have introduced pink color anodizing. The business processes
have been streamlined with implementation of SAP to get our products to market faster
while maintaining high quality standards. Order tracking and CRM system
implementation is also in pipe line.

12%
