After closing a notepad window, a user is prompted to encode the correct RDO field specified by the taxpayer. The user then transfers the file using FTP to the RDC server, and receives a confirmation message if the transfer is successful. Finally, a report automatically appears confirming the successful file transfer, and the notepad window can be closed.

1. 1. For BIR Users, after closing the notepad
window a message window will appear
informing the user to encode the correct

2. After clicking the <Ok> button, it will go to
the File Transfer Protocol to RDC. Fill up
the fields then click <Transfer to Server>.
3. A message window will appear confirming if
the file was transferred successfully, click
the <Ok> button.
For BIR Users

generated will automatically appear. This
report will indicate that the file has been
transferred successfully. Click X at the
upper right corner to close the Notepad
window.
