Allen DeCarlo has over 10 years of experience in theatre direction, teaching, and business management. He currently serves as the Theatre Director and Theatre Teacher at Pickerington High School North/Lakeview Jr. High, where he produces four stage productions annually and teaches theatre classes to around 30 students each. In 2015 he co-founded SpoonFed, LLC, an online retail business that donates meals to fight hunger for every product sold, which became profitable within three months.

Successfully produce four stage productions a year: one main stage musical, one main stage play,
and two dinner theatres. Roles within the position include all aspects of theatre management:
marketing, finance, fundraising, program creation, etc. Creatively added the dinner theatre in
order to gain additional revenue for upcoming shows costs.

Engage students in an open learning environment by utilizing relatable current technology and
applications. Encourage students to be themselves as well as appreciate differences of their
classmates. Use formative and summative instructional practices to gauge understanding of the
students. Work with an average of 30 students per class. Member of Panther Paws, the social
committee that brings a sense of community to the administration and teachers through planned
gatherings and trainings.
Co-Founder, SpoonFed, LLC 2015-Present
Co-founded a for-profit business with a focus on doing well by doing good. SpoonFed, LLC is an
online retail business with a caring capitalism mentality. For every spoon purchased, a donation of
20 meals goes to feeding the hungry in America. Showed a net-profit within the first 3 months of
business while still being able to donate nearly three thousand meals.
Manager, Lavomatic Urban Wine Bar 2009-2011
Managed inventory, sales and daily closing of bar. Through a cohesive partnership with the chef,
designed craft cocktail pairings to go with the daily eclectic food offering. Selected all new
offerings for a wine list restage by working with multiple distributors.
