WORK EXPERIENCE:
2015 – TODAY “ Teleperformance” For the past year, I have been working as a
French-language technical support agent for Kaspersky Lab. In this
position my responsibilities are to answer phone calls and e-
mails and solving customers’ technical issues either directly
over the phone, by sending appropriate steps via e-mail. In
addition, I was responsible for organizing small training
sessions for agents. During my supervisor’s absence I was
responsible for some additional tasks which fall into the
responsibilities of a supervisor, such as informing the team
about new procedures, as well as being available for questions
from the French and Spanish teams.
SUMMER 2014 “Harmony Boutique Hotel” For these 7 months of collaboration in
Mykonos, my job was to reorganize the restaurant, the pool-bar and
the breakfast area. Apart from this job I was given the job of food
and beverage manager (F&B Manager).
SUMMER 2013 “Harmony Boutique Hotel” For these 5 months of collaboration in
Mykonos, my job requirement was to work during the morning shift
as a waiter and during the afternoon shift at the pool-bar as a barman.
SUMMER 2012 “Royal Myconian Collection” During my collaboration with Royal
Mykonian Collection, my job required me to work as a waiter during
the morning shift, as a room service waiter during the afternoon and
as a bartender when I was working in the night shift. This experience
lasted for 5 months during the summer season in Mykonos.
2010 – 2011: “Military Service” In Greece, the military service is mandatory.
During these nine months in Sidirokastro (Serres), I was responsible
for a group of 12 privets, due to my grade, I was a corporal. The
guided tour of the museum and the tunnels of Roupel fort was
another task given to me.
SUMMER 2010 “Eden Beach Hotels & Resorts” After a good training from my
previous jobs, I started loving the hospitality field and I started
working at this hotel. This experience offered me even more by
working for 5 months during the high season as a bartender and
waiter.
2005 – 2010: “Platis Catering” For a period of 5 years, I was the bar manager. For
example, when there was a Wedding Reception, I was responsible for
organizing the event and the personnel.
2005 – 2006 “T.G.I. Friday’s” In my collaboration with this company, I learned
everything that I had to know about this job, seminars where available
for teaching the staff about the basic knowledge needed. Moreover, I
started as a waiter and got to the point of becoming a bartender.
2005 – 2006 “Ticket Club Panathinaikos F.C.” During the summer season at the
F.C. (Football Club) of Panathinaikos, I worked in the sales of the
football ticket. My responsibility was to count the daily income, and
provide the customers with their cards. In 4 months my team (5 people)
published over 24.000 tickets.
2004 – 2005 “Multirama” This was my first job that required me to have contact
with my customers, my job as a salesman was for me to provide my help
based on my knowledge on computers and being able to provide the best
products at the best price, providing them with the best value for money.
2003 – 2004 “Jacta” One of the hardest work I had to deal with, due to the fact that
this job was too advanced for the knowledge I had gathered from my first
year at the University. My job as a software developer and junior
