Dr. Jerald Dawkins is the CTO and Co-Founder of TokenEx and has extensive experience with secure coding and data security. Jerry is the author of multiple publications and presents at national and international conferences. He also holds the following certifications: CISSP, NSA IAM, and CNS 4011-4015. Jerry received his B.A. in Computer Science from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO and his M.S. and Ph.D. Degrees in Computer Science from the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, OK.

1. Alex Pezold
Co-Founder and CEO
Alex Pezold is a Co-Founder of TokenEx where he serves a leadership and business generation
function. Prior to his current role at TokenEx, Alex served as a Director of Business
Development and was a strategic advisor to CSOs and Executive Management surrounding
Information Assurance, Information Security, and Compliance. A former Qualified Security
Assessor (QSA) with the PCI Security Standards Council, Alex has developed a mindshare in the
compliance and risk reduction arena. Alex is currently a CISSP, holds CNSS Certifications, and
obtained his Masters of Science in Computer Science with emphasis in Information Security
from the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, OK.

2. Jeffrey Rudd
CFO
Jeffrey Rudd is the VP of Finance and CFO at TokenEx. Jeffrey assumed this position in January
of 2012 and is responsible for the overall financial health of TokenEx. Jeffrey has also taken on
other responsibilities in the Investor Relations arena as he is responsible for financial reporting
on a regular basis. Jeffrey holds a Masters of Business Administration from Oklahoma State
University.
Brian McDaniel
Vice President of Sales
Brian McDaniel is the Vice President of Sales for TokenEx and is responsible for new account
sales and support. He brings eighteen years of sales experience as well as eight years in the
payments industry. Brian founded Merchant Data Solutions and Payment Data Exchange, both
very successful payment processing companies. He received his B.S. in Business with an
emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Missouri State University, in Springfield, MO

3. Justin Stanley
Software Architect
Justin Stanley serves as a Software Architect at TokenEx, and is responsible for all development
activities. Prior to Joining TokenEx, he served Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group as a Technical
Lead where he designed and developed enterprise applications. Justin also served in the U.S. Air
Force where he maintained complex systems on the F16 Fighting Falcon.
Michael Oglesby
Software Architect
Michael Oglesby is one of TokenEx’s Software Architects, and has vast application development
experience. Certifications include CISSP, CSSLP, QSA and CNSS 4011-4015. He is also the
Verizon 2010 DBIR Cover Challenge Winner and second place finisher in 2011. Michael
received his M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Tulsa and a B.S. in Computer
Science and Mathematics from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa.

4. Kayna Kelley
Marketing Manager
Kayna Kelley is TokenEx’s Marketing Manager and Technical Writer with responsibilities of
managing TokenEx’s marketing and sales support efforts. Prior to TokenEx, Kayna served as a
Marketing Technical Writer for ChoicePay, an electronic payments solutions provider, and as a
Vertical Marketing Manager for Level 3/Williams Communications/Williams Vyvx Services’
Broadband Media and Advertising Distribution Services business units. Kayna received her
undergraduate and MBA degrees from Oklahoma State University and has gained rich
experience promoting B2B technology companies throughout her career.
