2. Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:-
 Giving instruction to patients about the dialysis process
 Serving the patient in every possible way so as to keep the patient in comfort
 Initiating and terminating the dialysis process
 Closely supervising the dialysis process
 Immediately reporting to the physician if any abnormal thing happens
 Noting down the results after the dialysis
 Finalizing the daily dialysis appointments
 Inquiring and making general health readings of the patient
 To ask about the allergies patient have about specific medicines
 Collecting and noting vital signs before, during and after the dialysis
 To involve in the dialysis process thoroughly
 Performing patient care duties
 Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
 To process at least 5 dialysis daily
 Maintain record of RO plant as per centre SOP
 Maintain all the e-medicine record
