Feedback system in SKF INDIA LTD., Pune has been changed last
year in 2015.
Earlier the Feedback system was very cumbersome and not so
much Efficient.
Now, the feedback of employees is give by a particular employee
only and his/her immediate boss has to check with the same and see
whether the feedback is correct or need some changes. The boss is
the final authority and if the Boss feels that feedback is not wholly
correct and needs some changes, he will call the employee and will
have one to one interaction and then feedback will be finalized.
7. The feedback of senior employees i.e. Bosses, are done by the
employees and the names are kept unanimous so that there should
be no fear in the minds of employees while giving feedback. And
then average of all employees’ feedback is considered while taking
into consideration the performance of the boss.
There is proper hierarchy in the feedback system and accordingly
the feedbacks forms are sent to each employee which they have to
fill.
8. IMPLEMENTATION:-
The implementation of this feedback system required creating an
efficiently functioning Portal and efficient intranet system with
adequate internet speed. SO the changes were brought
accordingly and the implementation of the same has been done.
9. REVIEW:-
The feedback is circulated online and then filled by employees.
So there is ease of filling feedback and as everything is online,
it’s very easy for collection of feedback and also analysis of the
feedback. This change brought a huge positive change in the
SKF INDIA LTD., Pune.
