 Artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots are apps or
interfaces that can carry on human-like
conversation using
natural language understanding (NLU) or natural
language processing (NLP) and machine learning
(ML).
 AI chatbots differ from standard chatbots in that
they leverage large language models (LLMs) versus
traditional conversation flows and pre-
programmed responses to generate responses to
text and voice inputs.
INTRODUCTION
 A Chat-bot is a software application used to
conduct an online chat conversation via text or
text-to speech, instead of providing direct
contact with a live human agent.
 Designed to convincingly simulate the way a
human would behave as a conversational
partner.
 In the proposed system, we presented a chat bot
that generates a dynamic response for online
client's queries.
 The Proposed System is based on Artificial
Intelligence-powered Chatbot
ABSTRACT
 User need to personally visit the college and
ask the college helpdesk, if the student have
any queries about the college.
 It takes lot of time and money if the college is
miles away from the student place.
DISADVANTAGES:
 The chat bot system is not known to people
who do not have more knowledge about the
technology.
 Even if there exist a chat bot system, it is not
much accurate in providing the answer or
solution.
EXISTING SYSTEM
PROPOSED SYSTEM
 This application provides answer to
the query of the student.
 Student have to query the bot which
is used for chatting.
 The answers are appropriate what
the user queries.
 Chart bot can run on local computers and phones,
smart devices.
 Eliminates the requirement of any manpower
during online interaction.
 Chat bot is typically perceived as engaging software
entity.
 It is an extremely helpful and useful system for
disabled.

to identify the sentences and making a decision
itself.
 User can chat with the bot it implies as if
enquiring to the college person about college
