This agreement is between the Barka Foundation for Mutual Help and an executor for the preparation and accomplishment of a foreign study visit to Liverpool, UK from August 27-31, 2012 for 15 people. The executor will provide accommodation, meals, transportation during visits to 6-8 social enterprises, training facilities, and a cultural experience. The client will pay the executor an amount to be determined within 14 days of receiving an invoice. Both parties will receive a copy of the signed agreement.

1. Agreement cancers: preparation and accomplishment of foreign study visit by Social
Enterprise North West in Liverpool and surrounding areas for 15 people (14 participants and a
tutor / translator ) in term 20-24.02.2012
2. Conditions of the agrement:
a)Executor will provide accommodation service for 15 people in term 27-31.08.2012 :
b)Executor will provide accommodation, double rooms/ single.
c)Executor will provide catering during whole visit (breakfast, lunch, evening meal):
d)Executor will provide Breakfast, Lunch and Evening meal every day
e)Executor will provide bus transport during the implementation of the foreign study visit:
f) SENW will provide a fully insured ….. seat Minibus with driver, who will transport party from
the airport to your hotel, to and from the various Social Enterprises throughout region and
transfer from hotel to Airport when departing (in case group will come by plain)
g) Executor will provide training course:
h) Executor will provide visits to no less than 6-8 examples of Social Enterprises.
i) Executor will provide information packs, a training room for the duration of the study visit
with the necessary equipment: wireless Internet access, screen, flipchart paper, markers.
j)Executor will provide a member of staff to accompany the party throughout their stay
k)Executor will provide a visit whereby participants can learn about the culture and customs
prevailing in Germany

3. 1.Agreement is concluded for a specified period: from the date of signing the contract until final
settlement for the service, but as the date of final settlement of the contract shall be the date
of payment by the Client to the Executor for the realized service.
