This document outlines an agreement between an artist, Adrianna Guillot, and Beaujour Art Gallery. The key points are: 1) The artist agrees to provide clear, color accurate pictures of their artwork to the gallery to display on the gallery's website. There is no limit to the number of images the artist can provide. 2) The gallery will watermark all displayed artwork with their name but this does not transfer ownership of the artwork to the gallery. 3) It will take 2-5 business days for the gallery to post submitted artwork online once received. 4) The agreement can be terminated with 30 days notice by either party and the artist's estate can terminate within 30 days if the

POSTING ON GALLERY'S SITE CONTRACT
In order to submit your artwork we ask for a clear colour accurate picture. Please note there is
no limit to the amount of pictures of your artwork you wish to upload.
You will not be selling any artwork just displaying and posting artwork. As stated before the
Gallery watermarks all artwork with the Gallery's name. This does not mean that there will be a transfer
of ownership or that somehow the Gallery has taken responsibility.
Please note that once we receive your artwork images it will take anywhere between 2 to 5
business days to post your artwork on the site.
We do not accept any artwork that is pornographic, violent, and political in nature.
Any artwork that shows clearly a models face, we require a signed copy of a waiver agreement
from the model stating that they have allowed their face to be used for artwork purposes.
We ask that all artwork be saved in the following format:

Termination of Agreement
a) This Agreement may be terminated at any time by either the Gallery or the Artist, by giving a
thirty (30) day written notification of termination from either party to the other via e-mail.
b) In the event of the Artist death, the estate of the Artist shall have the right to terminate the
Agreement, within thirty (30) days of the notification of termination, and all artworks shall be
removed from the Gallery's site.
Independent Counsel
The Artist acknowledges that the Artist have been afforded the opportunity and time to consult with
independent legal counsel on its behalf prior to signing this Agreement.
