The Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) is a grassroots process that allows soldiers, retirees, civilians, and families to identify and submit quality of life issues to Army leadership for action. Issues can be submitted online by September 22, 2011 for the upcoming AFAP conference on October 5-6, 2011 at Wings Chapel. The AFAP aims to elevate the most significant quality of life concerns impacting the Army community to senior leadership.
