This document discusses advocating for Native American students in Denver Public Schools. It finds that while the overall graduation rate increased slightly from 2012-2013 to 2013-2014, only 39.5% of Native American students graduated within 4 years compared to 73.5% of white students. Native American students scored lower on standardized tests and have the highest poverty rate in the US. The document outlines goals to increase cultural engagement and representation, decrease the dropout rate, and provide interventions to help Native American students succeed.
