This document provides a 3-step process for administering Career Key tests to a group: Step 1 involves learning how to take the test yourself to understand the client experience. Step 2 is deciding how clients' results will be viewed, either by giving clients access or assigning usernames/passwords. Step 3 is to check the number of tests remaining with the purchase code by bookmarking a link or accessing the administration page.

Responsible Client Method: Client gives you their
name & password, or gives you results via printout/
emails screenshot. (take-a-screen-shot.org)
Plan Ahead Method: You assign a username &
password to each client. Manually or using a
chosen methodology. Example: first initial/last name
(like JJones) and a unique student ID number.
