Objectives
The activity aims to:
 uphold the essence of
unity and harmony among
the winning student
leaders, by cultivating
their leadership abilities,
talents, and skills, through
fun-filled activities and
informative discussions.
 strengthen the bond of the
University Student Council
towards the legislative and
governing units;
 empower the University
Student Council through
team building and
leadership training
 internalize and share the
imparted knowledge from
the different speakers
about leadership during
the sessions
Expected Outcomes/Outputs
 Student leaders from the
Executive, Legislative branch
so as with the Governors and
Officers are expected to
participate in the activity.
 Establish connection from the
University Student Councils
and the Institute Student
Governments.
 Showcase and portrays skills
and knowledge about the
discussion.

Background The Samahang may Integridad at
Kalidad na Lider na Aktibo’t Buo (SIKLAB
PARTY) the winning party of the student
election of Davao Oriental State University
(DOrSU), aims and promotes the
studentry’s common good, welfare, and
interest. Moreover, the organization
envisions to connect with the University
Student Council and Institute Governing
Bodies to strengthen and empower
leadership and youth volunteerism through
Three-Day Leadership Summit.
Leadership summit is an activity that
empower leaders, showcase their skills, test
their capacity to handle dilemmas and form
bond with their fellow aspiring leaders to
lead by example and provide exemplary
service to the student body and the
University in general. This activity will
surely hone their leadership skills,
embolden their perspective in the roles of
the specific position they are into and
strengthen their capacity to provide service
as servant leaders.
In this regard, the SIKLAB Party
planned to conduct the thee-day leadership
summit for these new breeds of aspiring
leaders as a welcoming start for the whole
academic year of service to the University.
The activity shall be participated by the
Legislative student leaders and Institute
Student Governments from various
institutes and will be facilitated by the
Executives.
