 Accounting is the process of recording,
classifying, and summarizing financial
transactions to provide information that is
useful in making business decisions.
 It is a vital function in every
organization and offers a wide range of
career opportunities.

6. ASSETS
How Accounting Work
An asset is a resource with
economic value that an
individual, corporation, or
country owns or controls with
the expectation that it will
provide a future benefit.
Assets are reported on a
company's balance sheet.
They're classified as current,
fixed, financial, and intangible.
OWNER’S EQUITY
Owner's equity is the portion
of a company's assets that an
owner can claim; it's what's
left after subtracting a
company's liabilities from its
assets. Owner's equity is
listed on a company's balance
sheet. Owner's equity grows
when an owner increases their
investment or the company
increases its profits.
LIABILITY
Liabilities are the debts
that a business owes to
third-party creditors.
Notes payable and bank
debt could be part of
accounts payable.
Businesses take on
debt to grow faster. The
balance between a
company's debts and its
assets makes it stable.

9.  The accounting cycle's purpose is to
ensure that all the money coming into or
going out of a business.
 The eight steps of the accounting cycle
are as follows: recording transactions in
a journal, posting ledger, the unadjusted
trial balance, the worksheet, adjusting
journal entries, financial statements, and
closing the books, post closing trail
balanced.
 However, errors are frequently made
when recording entries, leading to an
incorrect trial balance that needs to be
adjusted so that debits and credits match

records are kept up to date, and taxes are paid.
 Although accountants work nine-to-five, they may
work longer hours during busy periods.

 To work as an accountant, you'll need at least an
undergraduate degree and additional
certifications also help.
 Expect to start as a junior accountant before you
can work your way up.

And then he joined SZABIST ZABTech, BBSYDP Batch 11
Program: Certificate of Accounting got 1st postion and then in
vactions move for further higher cource: Diploma in
Management Science DMS34 in 2019, with the end of this
diploma within 2 months he was shortlisted & Joined in
Junior Admin Officer at SZABIST Main Campus, Currently he
is Data Entry Officer BPS-14 in Election Commisiion Office
Larkana and Now waiting for the Junior Auditor in District
Accounts General SINDH.
