ACA 國際認證考場 軟/硬體需求
一、硬體需求：
 Pentium® 4 1 GHz或更高
 RAM 1G
 17吋螢幕，具備鍵盤和滑鼠
 顯示器解析度 1024 × 768 ( 至少16 Bit或更高, 96 DPI )
 確認考場連接國外速度為寬頻等級或建議保持在512KBPS以上
 Temporary Internet files使用的磁碟空間建議至少512MB
二、軟體需求：
 Internet Explorer 7或更高
 Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional (SP3)
 Acrobat Reader 9 (含)以上
 務必關閉快顯封鎖程式
(包含Google, Yahoo!,其他toolbars)
 Flash Player 10，請選擇10.1.xxx.xx(含)以上之版本

 Communication ports and IP addresses
Current:
Please add 192.41.91.74, 192.41.91.75, 192.41.91.76, 192.41.91.77, 192.41.91.78,
206.81.137.18, 216.36.40.134, 216.36.40.135, 216.36.40.144, and 216.36.40.145. You
will need to have full access through ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS).
Also, 216.36.40.144 and 216.36.40.145 need to have full access through port 21 (TCP).
HTTP redirects need to be permitted. (These are all completed within the certiport.com
domain.)
Do not block soap HTTP traffic.

3. 如何快速將檔案分享至多台電腦 建議採用區域網路或是使用 HFS 軟體
：
讓學員下載(免安裝(使用教學)，且學員不需具備此軟體，下載檔案)
4. 若依然發生無法處理的狀況：請下載TeamViewer 連線軟體，並與翊利
得資訊(02-2370-9977、0800-694-168)聯繫。
 檢測頻寬 (建議保持在512KBPS以上)
