This is Conner being held by his Grandma when he was three weeks old. =)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-QU1eZweCRIConner’s birth definitely brought the two families together. Before, we had never spoken and now, while we don’t go out of our ways to get in tough, we do like to hang out and have fun together whenever we have the opportunity to.But anyway, this baby is adorable! He is the perfect mix between his mommy and daddy. But of course, I’m not biased at all. ;)A few months ago, he figured out where his feet were. He liked to grab them and suck on his toes. (Tasty, right?) But he was a clever little guy. About two months ago, we were skyping, and Nou put the camera on him so I could watch him pull himself up into a crawling position. He was still a little shaky and kept face-planting. Now, at six months, he pulls himself up on their living room coffee table and walks around the living room whenever he wants to. I can’t believe my baby’s growin’ up so fast! One of his favorite things to do the last time they were here to visit, was to be put into a little rocking seat and set on the end of the dining room table so he could rock and watch us eat. He also likes to make faces at people. That was the first thing Will did right after Conner was born. He started making faces at the child right there in the hospital room. And of course, Conner reciprocated.Conner was born on March 6, 2010. He belongs to my sister-in-law, Nou, and my brother, Will. He actually shares his mommy’s birthday. He has thin brown hair, like his dad’s, and huge brown eyes, like his mom. This child’s smile can melt anybody’s heart. He is quite the little chatterbox, too. He loves to coo, and giggle, and he just entertains himself by playing with his musical turtle and talking to himself. Nou jokes about how it’s hard to hear herself think whenever he starts going. While they were living here after he was born, he used to like being wrapped up really tight in a blanket and rocked and talked to. I would carry him around the house and make up little songs to sing to him, and he would giggle. His laugh is absolutely charming.Conner Chaly Welsh is my nephew! =)<br />
