Graduation Project:
 1. Part 1: Simulation of pharmacy department and elevator systems in King
Abdullah Hospital Using ARENA. The study assessed the effect of waiting time on
customer satisfaction in Jordanian hospitals (King Abdullah University Hospital).
The study was based on define the most critical department and the most critical
activities, Find and analyze the root causes of increasing the total waiting time,
Suggest solutions to eliminate these causes, Select the best alternatives that improve
the system and reduce the total waiting time with less cost, and Apply the selected
system using ARENA and check whether the system improves or not.
 2. Part 2: Design ergonomics table for assembly worker. Study different assembly
jobs and analyze it, to design ergonomics table for the worker, to reduce the injury
related for these job, increase productivity for the worker and reduce the waste time.
