This document is a proposal from Enigma Club DJs to a local sales manager at abc27 WHTM. It proposes several music events featuring artists from different eras and genres, including retro/disco, pop, classic rock, love/emotion, and dance. Events proposed include a Retro Music Live Gala, Pop Reunion Scenario Concert, Classic Songs Unique Concert, Love & Emotion Dream Gala, and Rock the Decades Concert Series featuring artists from different decades. It also proposes a High Energy Dance Concert featuring various dance artists. The proposal seeks to partner with the sales manager to market, present, and develop the events within and outside the US.

Attached this note through our proposal to say, in the present I’m living(2014) in the state of
Pennsylvania (I moved from Florida, USA), submitted and intervened in a very delicate
operation (April 7, 2014) on my spine backbone – the pelvic lower part, to correct a steep
curve from the center of my back drop to my right side (for in the future to avoid staying in a
wheel chair), two (2) discs in the cervical area ... hoping to have a percent (more than 85),
firm and progressive recovery , to continue persevering as I define this challenge – proposal
(Dance Music Extravaganza Concert and Dance Music Extravaganza Concert). I live in this
state (PA), where I've gone back to settle with indefinite time; looking channel and reach that
or those professionals in this musical environment to which we belong, for the chance at
acceptance, development, marketing, presentation within and internationally outside the
United States.

I believe, respect and love my Creator - God, my time is the true and exact footprint as an
hourglass, every grain that falls reveals a career - my career which is nearing completion ...
leave a yearning and searching legacy for change within a society. No measure or take any
barrier or impediment – preference, to all look together with one vision, one top ... to be
shared by all those (without any kind of separation) and that we make a difference.
In our proposal we included together and added a wide of fine selection of artists, in their time
and in the present, they are part of the distinctive music history with the legacies of each
framed, with the personality, identity, style, fashion, social change and ... still the base and
beginning to give way to those that would be part of a transition, that marked a musical
change in the society for which they would be and are parties to the present.
