The exhibit is designed like other mobile museums and will spend one week in schools, especially those unable to visit the physical museum. Programming and digital technology are used to engage students and bridge generations by exploring daily life in Singapore as it developed from a post-war nation.

Red celery experiment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A student conducted an experiment to see what would happen if celery was placed in red water. They predicted the outside of the celery would turn red but discovered the red coloring was absorbed inside and could not be wiped off. The results showed that the water traveled up through the inside of the celery stem to the leaves, just as water travels up through plant roots. The student learned patience and the scientific process through this experiment and wants to do another experiment involving parachutes and space.
Doubles rap
This rhyming poem teaches addition by counting up doubles from 0 to 10. It uses repetition and rhyming words to make the sums fun while reinforcing that doubling a number results in adding the number to itself. Each line announces a double and its sum in an enthusiastic way to engage and excite young readers learning addition basics.
Frogs and toads
Toads are members of the family Bufonidae, which contains over 300 species. They are characterized by stubby bodies, short legs for walking, warty and dry skin suited for dry climates, and paratoid glands behind their eyes. Toads tend to lay eggs in long chains, though some bear live young. True toads can be found worldwide except in Australasia, polar regions, Madagascar, and Polynesia. Frogs are members of the family Ranidae containing over 400 species. They have bulging eyes, long webbed hind feet for leaping and swimming, and smooth or slimy skin suited for moist environments.
