A.M. TO 9 P.M. INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMS FOR TEENAGE ATHLETES CAN BE SCHEDULED BETWEEN THESE
HOURS AND CAN CONSIST OF GROUPS OF EIGHT PEOPLE OR LESS. EACH GROUP WILL BE DETERMINED
ACCORDING TO THEIR SPORT SPECIFIC NEEDS, TO ENSURE THAT THEY RECEIVE THE APPROPRIATE
TRAINING FOR THEIR SPORT. COACHES WILL BE ASSIGNED TO EACH GROUP BASED ON THEIR SPORT AND
EXPERIENCE.
