Editor's Notes
A6 Postcard – 148 x 105mm
Note: document sized for printing with 3mm bleed
Use this template for inspiration
NOTE: Document has, or create a new slide below for a complete blank canvas.
Make sure you change all colours and fonts to suit your business brand. So if you’re website is all greens and yellows makes sure you change the colours here to match. Same rule for your fonts as well.
I’ve used a comp of a stock image. THIS IS NOT FOR USE. If you want to use this image in your design please purchase it at:
http://www.123rf.com/photo_19351393_young-man-standing-and-gesturing-with-a-cardboard-box-on-his-head-with-smiley-face.html
We recommend that you use your own image rather than a stock image in any design so that you start to build a brand image style that is recognised as your business. If you are going to use stock image make sure they suit the feel of your brand. AND DON’T USE A BORING CORPORATE MAN IN A SUIT IMAGE! THEY ARE JUST DULL!
HOW TO USE THIS TEMPLATE
This slide has already been sized to fit as an A6 postcard including 3mm bleed, we recommend this for online sharing, if you want to use this template to print please use the layer which shows the bleed marks. See slide below.
Edit this slide or create your own design from a blank canvas, add images by using “insert picture” or “insert shape” and start making your own graphics. Or if you already have images, logos, designs for your business brand then open and start adding them to this slide. Make sure to use your brand fonts, colors, and design elements to make sure your cover images stand out. If you’re a little unsure of what your brand elements are, ask your designer for a ‘brand guide’ – or pop us an email (getit@bydeesign.co.uk) and we’ll be happy to help.
Once you’re done, simply go to File > Save as Pictures, to create a jpeg image for sharing online OR File > Save as, to create a PDF. Remember to include the bleed marks layer if you are sending to a printer who requires bleed & crop marks
