The document outlines a local news package about volunteering at a hospital radio station for National Volunteer Week. It will be no more than five minutes and include two examples of similar packages from other news programs. The intended audience is those aged 16 and older as under 16s cannot volunteer at the station. The package will include interviews with volunteers, footage from inside the studio, and information on how to get involved. It will also have accompanying audio and web page tasks.

The sound will include voiceover and will also include samples of some of the output from the station when there are scenes of studio To avoid copyright issues any music used willl be under 30 secs in length I would top and tail the report with a station jingle I would mix this into the production with the voiceover and also use the audio from the interviews and vox pops i would use in the report

The USP of the overall product will be that it appeals to people who are looking at getting involved with a project in there local community It will give me the chance to demonstrate my skills as it will involve me editing the video and sound in a way that makes the news package reflect a profesional example
