Important points -
• During exam on mobile, don't accept or make call from any app e.g. Caller app, Truecaller, WhatsApp, Team,
Skype, Zoom, Google Hangouts etc.
• During exam, in case a candidate has to connect to support for any technical issue, it is suggested to call from a
different device. In case another device is not available and the same mobile in which he/she is taking test is to be
used, then the candidate must follow the follow steps –
o First a candidate should note down the issue.
o Stop / Exit from the AU examinations app.
o Call examination support and get the issue addressed.
o Login back into AU examinations app and continue with the test from where the candidate had left.

• On the top right you have the timer displayed indicating the time left for the exam
• Next to the clock is the settings with instructions and summary options.
• Next to settings is the calculator.
• Use the Previous and Next button to navigate between questions at the bottom of the screen.
• You can mark a question for review using the Mark option.
• You should be able to initiate chat with proctor only after first message is triggered from proctor.
You should only use this option when you need support from the proctor.

Proctor Warnings for Suspicious Activities
Proctor can warn using a LIVE Chat
- Along with automated alerts by system, proctors also can initiate chat with candidate for
surprise/random checks or other purposes.
- Proctor will initiate chat with the candidate. A Candidate can respond and ask questions anytime
throughout the assessment duration. Candidate cannot initiate a chat

Click on the ‘End Test’ option to submit the test. End test button available in the page to the bottom right corner in the last
question screen. End Test button available only after a minimum of 15 minutes has been spent on the exam by the
candidate.
