This document provides information and tips for a weekend participating in the Long Beach International City Bank Half Marathon. It discusses attending the expo to buy merchandise and sign up for future races at discounted prices. It recommends not eating all the food samples so as to avoid digestive issues during the race, and not wearing new clothing or shoes purchased at the expo. race that you just bought at the Expo (save it
all for later)! THEN you can wear your
BRAG SWAG!
