• That he came on earth in flesh, died on the cross and
shed his blood so you might be saved
• That he rose again on the third day • That you can obtain full and free salvation, through his
blood that he shed on that cross.

Repent
This means to be sorry for the wrongs (sins) you
have done and to decide to turn your back on
them and turn to God.
Repentance involves confessing (to God alone!)
that you are a sinner in need of his grace. Pour
out your heart to him.
Then ask him to forgive you.

Be Baptized

• This is a NECESSARY step to be taken in
order to be saved.
• Baptism signifies the death, burial and
resurrection (raising from the dead) of Jesus
Christ.
• In that same way, you make a conscious
decision to ‘die’ to self; to ‘die’ to your old
lifestyle, be buried (under water) and come up
again a new person.
• In other words, your sins will be washed away
by Jesus' blood and you will become clean.

We MUST repent
Luke 13:1-5

Acts 2:38
