This document summarizes a study that evaluated the leadership styles of seven leaders across different departments in a sports organization, according to the perceptions of their employees. The study also aimed to identify the cultural profile of the organization based on these perceptions. A literature review was conducted on the main theories of leadership and organizational culture to inform the analysis.
