4. Individuals under SDC
Where an individual IS under SDC and cannot claim commuter expenses we have
the following solutions from £15 per week:
If an individual has an hourly rate of under £12 they can still opt to join our over £12 solution to receive the
additional benefits. Please note however, this will be a net pay deduction which means they will not receive
tax relief on the additional £5 margin cost.

5. With the Mileage Only solution, an individual can claim weekly mileage for non-commuter journeys, so those
that aren’t from home to work. Receipts must be submitted for all claims and Tax and NI relief is available.
We can help individuals claim tax relief on any other allowable expenses incurred in the performance of their
duties, however, they may only be claimed at the end of the tax year and receipts must be provided.
What is a Multi-site Worker?
The definition of a ‘Multi-site Worker’ is an individual who travels from location to location during their
working day or throughout their assignment in order to carry out their role.
