RV 2014: The Infill TOD Circus- Step Right Up! by Meea KangRail~Volution
The Infill TOD Circus: Step Right Up
Developing within a built-up transit corridor has unique challenges: demolition, infrastructure improvements, increases in scale, access improvements, community opposition (or support) and financing. Add to those, managing expectations for a new transit facility in an existing community, and infill TOD can be a real circus. Hear our panel of developers talk about their experiences. What does it take to develop that mixed-use environment everyone wants? How can you manage expectations? And what does it take to establish a brand?

Japón un revolucionario plan piloto llamado cambio valiente (Futoji no henko), se está probando en el sistema educacional un cambio conceptual que rompe todos los paradigmas y genera “ciudadanos del mundo”
If your company isn’t analyzing the millions and millions of megabytes of social data out there, you’re way behind on the game. And if you’re using that social data simply to measure numbers that don’t really say anything about your company’s value in the market, you’re doing it wrong. So what should you be measuring, and how should you use what you measure to improve your company? In this webinar, we’ll identify the kinds of social metrics that can be useful for your company, and discuss ways to use those numbers to improve the only thing that really matters: your customers’ experience. But moving from hard numbers to a top-of-the-line customer experience isn’t an easy process, especially if your company doesn’t already have a system in place.
Join us as our panelists discuss:
-The areas of social--including Twitter, blogs, and forums like Reddit--that you should be leveraging to gather information;
-What kinds of data to look at to determine how your brand is perceived and interacted with;
-Which tools and platforms work best to filter the data in a meaningful, readable way;
-How to use that data to predict your customers’ desires and proactively provide value to them before they know they need it.

Bradley-Morris, Inc., updated job list 8-20-13 (newest jobs highlighted in yellow)
While we help both officers and enlisted folks, the majority of roles we have for enlisted personnel are for those with technical backgrounds (mechanics, maintenance, electronics, etc.), as those are the jobs that companies give us to fill. For officers, we can work most backgrounds, but the most opportunities are found for the O-3 level folks, senior O-2 and Junior O-4 individuals and in the maintenance, engineering, and supervisory roles (positions with large number of people under you that you supervise)....outside of that the opportunities are in smaller amounts and it can be hard to accommodate.
Below is a list of current job openings we are sourcing for. I have provided this list (snapshot) for you to review. I am sending this list to a number of people so it has not been tailored to meet your specific preferences. Please review the entire list then call or email me to receive more information about jobs you would like to learn more about. If you are interested in an opportunity and are not an active candidate, please include a resume and your military rank/background in any emails.
You are welcome to share this list with other military service members and veterans planning a career transition.
