• Refine 2-Pronged approach.
i. Corporate/Foundation Database (600+) for Corporate Sponsorship of Anniversary
Celebration Dinner
ii. Quiet Campaign for Individual Donors
• Identify, target & coordinate corporate matching funds, donor matching opportunities
• Assign personal letter, phone call, follow up tasks to AFC.
• Determine recognition/awards for donors
Jan. HC/WK/AFC Mailing for Corporate Sponsorship on personal / corporate stationery
• $1,000 sponsorship to buy tables for Celebration Dinner
• Personal visit, phone follow up
• Identify, target & coordinate corporate matching funds, donor matching opportunities
• Response due March 2002
“ HC/WK/AFC Quiet Campaign for Individual Donors (Donor Database) on personal / corporate stationery
• $1,000 gift (in addition to 2002 annual fund gift)
• Personal visit for Individual ask – based on ability to give, interest, and response to Gift
