Tb Whom lt May Concern:
Mr・ Hiroaki Oiknwa is an extraordinary young student. I am responsible for academic
exchanges with foreign universities as Dean of International Academic Affairs. I
employed him in his senior year as a Chief Resident Assistant of the International
Dormitory. I have seen many examples of his talent and have long been impressed by his
work ethic. i understand that he is applying to the graduate program at your school. I
would like to recommend him for admission.
He has outstanding organizational skills. In our International Dormitory, we accept
早bout hundred short・term international students with little Japanese language ability
each year・ It is not easy to manage the dormitory with such international students from
over ten countries and reglOnS. He was responsible for maintainlng the Dormitoryヲs order
byliving together with them. Also he guided the Hakone historical excursion for them.
Ashe was able to successfully complete multiple tasks with favorable results, we did not
have problems in our dormitory while he was the chief. He not only headed the other
resident assistants, he ensured the success by demonstrating leadersllip abilities that
the international students both admired and respected.
If your graduate program is seeking superior candidates with a record of achievement,
He is an excellent choice・ He has consistently demonstrated an ability to rise to any
challenge that he must face.
To conclude, I would like to restate my strong recommendation for him. If you have any
further questions for this recommendation, please do not hesitate to contact me uslng
the information on this letterhead.
Sincerely,
_...I,_,:__・lltゴ{L/- - -- - -
