Project Overview Size of Development 2 hectares Type of Development Medium-rise condominium Number of buildings 5 buildings Number of floors per building 5 stories Building type Double-row and single-row buildings Size of amenity area 2,348 sqm.  Total number of residential units Approximately 505 units Total number of parking slots Approximately 388 slots (77%)
Site Development Plan Japanese-inspired entrance gate and fence design.  Approximately 2 meter-high electric perimeter fence to secure the whole development. Easement from perimeter wall to building is 2 meters. Building height is approximately 18 meters from ground to roof (5-storeys) Provision for covered and street parking Secondary gate is provided as emergency exit
Site Development Plan Concept The floor plan of a Japanese tea house using the “Tatami Mat” was used as planning module for the site development.

Value Proposition
Product Concept Inspired by the concept of Japanese “chashitsu” (tea house); where leisure, amusement, and social life revolve around meeting in a pavillon at the middle of a park or garden. The idea is to replicate the atmosphere of suburban charm where relaxation is centered on a simple conversation over a cup of tea and afterward strolling along the surrounding lawns, ponds, and landscaped gardens. The development hopes to create this setting to bring nature back into city living and diffuse the suffocating effect of urban stress.
