Mountain Climbers (1 count per leg - 20 total)

2. Station 2 - Speed Agility and Quickness
Side Straddle Hop
Carioca
In In Out Out (left right, left right)

3. Station 3 - More Core
Stability Ball Crunch (15 crunches)
Side Iso Abs (hold for 10 seconds on the right, switch sides, hold for 10 seconds left)

4. Station 4 - Chest and Back
TRX One Leg Chest Press (8 reps per leg)
TRX High Back Row (12 - 15 reps)

5. Station 5 - Chest and Leg
Medicine Ball Chest Pass to Squat (12 - 15 reps, rest, repeat)

6. Station 6 - Arms
Medicine Ball Bicep Curl (12-15 reps)
Medicine Ball Tricep Extension (12-15 reps)
