Steve Jobs logged off too soon. He was a serial innovator whose illness cost the world a bright talent who was also a great company leader. I hope that the music from the hymns of praise sung to him in his waning days is playing on his iPod as he ascends into the firmament of the greatest American business leaders. If there were a Nobel prize for business, surely he would have won it. He did what he set out to do and more. He saw the potential for computing power for the masses, useful and accessible to everyone. In a phrase that drove the early Apple, he created bicycles for the mind.
“He is a charismatic leader who inspires people to follow him. A strategic thinker who can master the details. A tireless worker with incredible focus and problem-solving skills. He is well-liked by his employees but is also able
to make and execute unpopular decisions. Above all, he is an exceptional communicator who can convey a vision to any audience, from Wall Street to
the most junior employee.”
Some of the lower vibrations, as you can see on the chart are anger, grief, shame, fear. Some of the higher vibrations are love, joy, appreciation and excitement.
Going to higher vibrations means more energy ,lower vibration is easily achieved and is default in everyone of us and is easily aggravated by gravity.
thats why anger, grief, shame and fear are more common than love ,joy appreciation and excitement.

While the digital technology brings about the fourth industrial revolution, just like the steam engine, electrical machines, and computers, respectively.

Retaining Healthcare Quality During COVID-19 and Future of Care Delivery. By....Healthcare consultant
With the onset of COVID-19, healthcare delivery organizations around the world were collectively faced with one primary challenge: How to effectively deliver quality healthcare to all patients, regardless of the entry point into the system, while protecting the well-being of non-COVID-19 patients and the healthcare workforce.
Quality work is the psychological safety and wellbeing of our workforce. The original first tenet of our quality transformation plan centered on building a culture of safety to encourage transparency, trust, and wellness in frontline staff. As COVID-19 plundered our communities, addressing emotional distress and psychological safety remained at the forefront of our efforts.

Healthcare Forecasting saves Millions in Hospitals By.Dr.Mahboob KhanHealthcare consultant
Health forecasting is a novel area of forecasting, and a valuable tool for predicting future health events or situations such as demands for health services and healthcare needs. It facilitates preventive medicine and health care intervention strategies, by pre-informing health service providers to take appropriate mitigating actions to minimize risks and manage demand.
A profitable business is what healthcare industry is known to be all about. However it has its own struggles of rising costs, overworked employees and clinicians. Incremental issues such as reducing errors, enforcing practical guidelines and maintaining electronic records. However what the consumer i.e. the patient is looking for is maximum benefit with minimum cost. Thus, focusing on a patient centric system from a volumetric and a profit parameter will not only help healthcare grow as an industry but also build faith in the enterprise.
Accreditation readiness and challenges during covid19 era By.DrMahboob Khan Phd Healthcare consultant
In a world where data fluctuates between showing the impact of accreditation on healthcare institutions and negating it, we, at quality, were intrigued to look into whether accredited healthcare institutions were more ready to deal with the requirements of COVID-19 or not?

More Education to provide as much flexibility as possible in accreditation related matters to infection control, PPE, screening, isolation treatment protocol, handwashing, prevention and regular trainings emphasizing about infection control protocols. E-accreditations will be taking over using artificial intelligence technology less biased human interference.
The Post Covid-19 era will emphasize more on Risk Management than before.
Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, and deep learning are taking the healthcare industry by storm. They are not pie in the sky technologies any longer; they are practical tools that can help companies optimize their service provision, improve the standard of care, generate more revenue, and decrease risk. Improving Workplace Safety Performance in Malaysian SMEs: The Role of Safety ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: In the Malaysian context, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) experience a significant
burden of workplace accidents. A consensus among scholars attributes a substantial portion of these incidents to
human factors, particularly unsafe behaviors. This study, conducted in Malaysia's northern region, specifically
targeted Safety and Health/Human Resource professionals within the manufacturing sector of SMEs. We
gathered a robust dataset comprising 107 responses through a meticulously designed self-administered
questionnaire. Employing advanced partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) techniques
with SmartPLS 3.2.9, we rigorously analyzed the data to scrutinize the intricate relationship between safety
behavior and safety performance. The research findings unequivocally underscore the palpable and
consequential impact of safety behavior variables, namely safety compliance and safety participation, on
improving safety performance indicators such as accidents, injuries, and property damages. These results
strongly validate research hypotheses. Consequently, this study highlights the pivotal significance of cultivating
safety behavior among employees, particularly in resource-constrained SME settings, as an essential step toward
enhancing workplace safety performance.

5 management lessons to learn from its rise and fall from “The Kapil Sharma Show” By.Dr.Mahboob ali khan Phd
1. 5 management lessons to learn from its rise and fall
from “The Kapil Sharma Show”
By.Dr.Mahboob ali khan Phd
Currently, the show has been given a break and even though
there are many rumours doing the rounds for its return, nothing
has been confirmed. Here are 5 management lessons to be learnt
from the rise and fall of The Kapil Sharma Show.
The Kapil Sharma Show which premiered on 23rd April 2016
went on a roller-coaster ride in a very short span of time.
The Kapil Sharma Show which premiered on 23rd April 2016 went on
a roller-coaster ride in a very short span of time. From being the most-
watched show on Indian television, to its massive fall into irrelevance,
the Kapil Sharma Show’s rise and fall teaches you a lot of management
lessons. Things went bad for the show when a rift between Kapil
Sharma and his co-actor Sunil Grover became public. The latter
decided to leave the show and many other actors followed. Even though
the channel tried to replace these actors with other artists, its efforts
went in vain. Currently, the show has been given a break and even
though there are many rumours doing the rounds for its return, nothing
has been confirmed. Here are 5 management lessons to be learnt from
the rise and fall of The Kapil Sharma Show:
2. 1. Success isn’t permanent
Reaching to the top might be tough be but keeping that top spot is
even tougher. One thing we have learnt from the fall of The Kapil
Sharma Show is that success isn’t permanent and in order to maintain,
you need to keep working hard and not be distracted by personal
reasons at least – especially problems.
2. Don’t let go of the winning team
It is very difficult to find people you can help you achieve success. If
you find good employees, don’t let them leave. Yes, the replacements
are always there but the chances are they might not be as good in the
same roles. Also, it is effective in terms of cost-cutting and time-
saving. The Kapil Sharma Show tried to replace Sunil Grover,
Chandan Prabhakar and Ali Asgar and others but it turned out to be a
big flop.
3. You won’t go far by insulting teammates
For the most part of the show, Kapil cracked jokes on his teammates
that were insulting at times. It helped him gain popularity but it is
never a good idea in the longer run. You have to show respect
towards others for long-term success.
4. It takes years to build name but minutes to lose itOne wrong
move and you can lose everything. It takes years of hard work and
efforts to create a brand or business, but you can lose all of that in just
one wrong move. So, if you have built a name for the company, make
sure you keep it intact.
5. Reputation is everythingThe golden mantra for success:
reputation is everything. Once the differences between Kapil and
Sunil became public, so many other actors also pointed their finger at
the comedian. His reputation as a team man and family guy was
shattered in minutes and Kapil was labelled as arrogant and selfish.
3. ANd that can be one of the most lethal blows to anyone trying to
maintain his position at the top.
