Rys. 4.1.

Zostają przyjęte założenie: w punktach A, B, C, ...N, leżących w jednej płaszczyźnie,

Rys. 4.2. Równoległe siły, zwrócone w tę samą stronę

R = F1 + F2 + F3 + ... + Fn
czyli
R = ΣFi
R · x0 = F1 · x1 + F2 · x2 + F3 · x3 + ... + Fn · xn
lub
(F1 + F2 + F3 + ... Fn) · x0 = F1 · x1 + F2 · x2 + F3 · x3 + ... + Fn · xn
stąd
x0 =
𝐅 𝟏 · 𝐱 𝟏+ 𝐅 𝟐 · 𝐱 𝟐+ 𝐅 𝟑 · 𝐱 𝟑+ …+ 𝐅 𝐧 · 𝐱 𝐧
𝐅 𝟏+ 𝐅 𝟐+ 𝐅 𝟑+ …+ 𝐅 𝐧
4. 4
Po wprowadzeniu symbolu sumowania Σ, wzór, przedstawiający odciętą (współ-
rzędną na osi x) środka sił równoległych, przyjmie postać:
x0 =
𝚺𝐅𝐢 · 𝐱 𝐢
𝚺𝐅𝐢
y0 =
𝚺𝐅𝐢 · 𝐲𝐢
𝚺𝐅𝐢
Gdyby przyjęty układ sił równoległych był układem przestrzennym, to do określenia
środka Cs potrzebna byłaby jeszcze jedna współrzędna z0. Współrzędną tę wyznaczało-
by się podobnie jak dwie poprzednie:
z0 =
𝐅 𝟏 · 𝐳 𝟏+ 𝐅 𝟐 · 𝐳 𝟐+ 𝐅 𝟑 · 𝐳 𝟑+ …+ 𝐅 𝐧 · 𝐳 𝐧
𝐅 𝟏+ 𝐅 𝟐+ 𝐅 𝟑+ …+ 𝐅 𝐧
z0 =
𝚺𝐅𝐢 · 𝐳𝐢
𝚺𝐅𝐢
2. Środek ciężkości linii
Na rys. 4.3. przedstawiono linię łamaną złożoną z trzech odcinków o długościach l1,
5. 5
Rys. 4.3. Określenie środka ciężkości
Źródło: Siuta W. Mechanika techniczna, WSiP, Warszawa 2004, str. 121

skiej. Na rys. 4.5. przedstawiono figurę złożoną z dwóch prostokątów. Ich środki ciężko-
ści znajdują się w środkach symetrii (punkty Cs1 i Cs2) tych prostokątów o powierzch-
niach S1 i S2.

5. Tarcie toczne i ślizgowe
Tarcie ślizgowe na płaszczyźnie poziomej
Na rys. 4.7.a przedstawiono ciało K leżące na płaszczyźnie poziomej. Na ciało to

9. 9
Zostaną rozważone następujące kolejne sytuacje:
Zostaje przyczepiona do ciała lina i następuje ciągnienie jej pewną siłą F⃗ 1 (rys. 4.7.b).
Jeżeli siła F⃗ 1 jest nieduża, ciało K pozostanie nadal w spoczynku. Oznacza to, że dzia-
łająca na ciało siła czynna F⃗ 1 jest zrównoważona jakąś siłą równą i skierowaną prze-
ciwnie.
Tworzy ona z kierunkiem reakcji normalnej kąt α1.
Następuje wzrost siły czynnej do wartości F⃗ 2. Rozważane ciało nadal pozostaje
w spoczynku (rys. 4.7.c).
tgρ =
T
N
czyli T = N · tgρ
kiem reakcji normalnej N⃗⃗ w chwili równowagi granicznej. Tangens kąta tarcia oznacza-
my literą μ nazywamy współczynnikiem statycznego tarcia ślizgowego.
μ = tgρ
W chwili równowagi granicznej tarcie całkowite wyraża się wzorem T = N· tgρ,
a więc:
T = N · μ
Całkowita siła tarcia ślizgowego jest równa iloczynowi wartości reakcji normalnej
N oraz współczynnika statycznego tarcia ślizgowego μ. Opór tarcia występujący w ruchu
10. 10
można wyrazić podobnym wzorem, wprowadzając μk, jako współczynnik kinetycznego
tarcia ślizgowego.
T = N · μk

wierzchni.
Rys. 4.8. Ciało leżące na równi pochyłej

Z otrzymanego trójkąta prostokątnego wyznacza się wartości tych sił składowych
Gn = G · cosα
Gt= G · sinα
G⃗⃗ t i T⃗⃗ ). Zwiększając powoli kąt α nachylenia równi dochodzimy do pewnej wartości tego
kąta αgr, przy której nastąpi równowaga graniczna. Dalsze zwiększenie kąta α spowodu-
je już zsuwanie się ciała z równi. Należy oznaczyć ten graniczny kąt nachylenia równi
przez ρ. Siła tarcia w chwili równowagi granicznej będzie równa:
T = G · sinαgr sinαgr = ρ

T = G · sinρ

nowagi granicznej, otrzymuje się:

tgρ = μ

Zwiększając siłę ciągnącą do-
chodzi się do przypadku równowagi granicznej. Na walec działają wtedy trzy siły: siła F⃗ ,
ciężar walca G⃗⃗ i reakcja R⃗⃗ powierzchni. Ta ostatnia musi przechodzić przez punkt obrotu
O i jest skierowana ku środkowi walca (wynika to z warunków równowagi trzech sił).
Reakcję R⃗⃗ powierzchni można zastąpić dwiema siłami składowymi: normalną N⃗⃗ oraz
styczną T⃗⃗ do powierzchni. Z warunków rzutów na kierunki pionowy i poziomy otrzymu-
je się wartości tych składowych:
N = G oraz T = F
G · f
b

Ponieważ wobec małej wartości f różnica między stosunkiem f/b (gdzie b jest ra-
mieniem siły) a f/r (gdzie r jest promieniem walca) jest znikomo mała, można we wzo-
rze wstawić b = r, czyli ostatecznie:
F =
𝐆 · 𝐟
𝐫
Powyższy wzór przedstawia całkowity opór toczenia. Każda siła F >
𝐆·𝐟
𝐫
powoduje to-
czenie walca.
zwykle wyrażane w cm i nazywane współczynnikiem tarcia toczenia.
Do toczenia walca w takim przypadku wystarczałaby do-
wolnie mała siła F⃗ , różna od zera. Ze wzrostem promienia toczącego się elementu opór
toczenia maleje.
W tabeli 4.3. podano orientacyjne wartości współczynników tarcia toczenia.

Przykład 4.3.
Na równi pochyłej o kącie α = 30° leży ciało o ciężarze G = 100 N (rys. 4.11.).

F – G · sinα – T = 0 skąd F = G · sinα + T
N – G · cosα = 0 skąd N = G · cosα
T = N · μ skąd T = G · cosα · μ
skąd ze wzoru pierwszego:
F = G · sinα + T = G · sinα + G · cosα · μ = G · (sinα + cosα · μ) =
= 100 N · (sin30° + cos30° · 0,1) = 100 N · (0,5 + 0,87 · 0,1) = 100 N ·0,587 =
= 58,7 N
