From 2010 to 2013, I was a financial educator in an industry-academia cooperation project “FQ FUN”. The project’s information management approach involved a systematic procedure where financial headlines from Bloomberg were carefully selected, processed and creatively re-interpreted on a weekly basis into serial stories, board games and interactive digital content, and integrated into an online knowledge base.
The document discusses the benefits of exercise for mental health. Regular physical activity can help reduce anxiety and depression and improve mood and cognitive function. Exercise causes chemical changes in the brain that may help protect against mental illness and improve symptoms.
The psalmist calls us to bless the Lord and forget not all his benefits. God forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases, who redeems our life from destruction and crowns us with steadfast love and mercy. The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.
