Chief Guest : Shri G.L.Raheja. To mark the celebration an exhibition of
four days was also organised where leading builders and developers
had participated at the same venue. On 17th April 1996 an all India

Club, Sponsored by Kitec Industries (India) Ltd. and Suman Motels.
Chief Guest Mr. Raj Purohit, Minister for Housing Government of
Maharashtra. An exhibition was also organised at the Harbour Hall for
three days where leading builders like Hiranandani Construction,
Unitech Ltd., Sheth Builders, CIDCO and others had participated. The
exhibition was also organised by the Kitec Industries.
12th Annual Award Anniversary function held on 24th April 1998 at Hotel
Rang Sharda, Bandra. Sponsored by Snowcem India Ltd., Suman
Motels Ltd. Chief Guest : Mr. Suresh Jain, Housing Minister,
Government of Maharashtra.
13th Annual Award Anniversary function held on 8th May 1999 at The
Regent, Bandra. The Chief Guest of the function was Shri A.P. Sinha,
Vice Chairman Managing Director, CIDCO. The function was sponsored
by Lokhandwala Group. In all 18 awards were presented for the
excellence in different categories of real estate industry.
