The Spartan Group of Rochester, NY is proposing to open a Jamaican/Rastafarian restaurant in Canandaigua, NY. The location would be on Main Street in an up-and-coming area near the historic district. The restaurant, called Bingi, would have a modern design incorporating reclaimed wood, limestone, and recycled glass that pays homage to Rastafarian culture through artwork and colors. The goal is to create a space that is inspiring, relaxing, elegant and fun.

2. Spartan Group of Rochester, NY is looking to build a Jamaican/Rastafarian
Restaurant in the Village of Canandaigua. The location of the building is on
Main Street in a very up and coming area that is adjacent to the historic
district. It would be beneficial to bring the architecture up to the same
standards as the surrounding buildings. The space will be a modern design
which incorporates reclaimed wood, limestone and recycled glass. We will
pay homage to the culture by incorporation authentic artwork and accents of
the traditional Rastafarian colors of red, yellow and green throughout the
space. The ultimate goal is to create a space that is inspirational, relaxing,
elegant and fun at the same time. We are looking to bring a whole new
cultural experience to the Village of Canandaigua.
