PICTFC is holding a shirt fundraiser where participants and their families can purchase shirts to both support the club and advertise through participation. The order form allows ordering shirts in standard or school colors for $15 each with sizes up to XXXL, with discounts for bulk orders. Participants provide their name, shirt details, and payment to PICTFC to receive their order within 2 weeks.

PICTFC will make shirts available for the 2016 season at a cost to member participant and to their
families and the general public. Purchase of these shirts not only allow us to raise funds, but also help us
to advertise the club through individual participation
Cost:
$15.00 per shirt (extra $2.50 per shirt size past XXX Large)
By 4 and get the 5th
free. If a family purchases as a group, every 5th
shirt will be free of charge
Colors:
Standard colors are Blue/Lime Green and black. You may also order shirts in the color of your favorite
grade school of high school colors.
Remittance:
Make all checks and money orders payable to PICTFC or Peoria Track.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for order to arrive.
