Event Details
 Immunizations are provided by Carolinas HealthCare System pharmacists
 Recommended for ages 18 and up
 Events can be scheduled from September 16 to November 13 on Tuesdays,
Wednesdays and Thursdays – a two-week minimum advance notice is required
 $35 per shot billed through HEALTHWORKS
 Minimum of 30 shots required for on-site events (Minimum of 100 shots required for
locations 60+ miles away)
 Pre-paid voucher program is available – allows your employees to choose any
of our 10 retail pharmacy locations
 Company will be invoiced for services
