Projects are selected based on building types / zoning that closely match proforma estimates
for facility upgrade financing. We are proposing a templated, process oriented, performance
contract system. All energy upgrade systems will be produced using contract manufacturing
OEM cooperation's ISO2009 Earth Orbit Technologies e.g. (Our warranty period is 10 years).

The option to finance improvements over a 20-year term allows PACE Equity
LLC to install a more comprehensive set of ECMs under a self-funding EPC,
while providing the business with either significant net positive cash flow or
an opportunity to include additional Energy Conservation Measures.

Earth Orbit Technologies seeks to structure PACE energy performance contracts such that payments to
finance the total project cost plus payments for ongoing incremental project maintenance are to be paid
in full by the value of measured energy savings resulting from the project. The proposer may propose any
underlying project financing mechanism so long as it meets the objectives of Pace Equity LLC and complies
with HUD and State Laws, rules and regulations.

Earth Orbit Technologies standard performance contract guarantees are structured that the energy
savings to our customers will be sufficient to pay all “up-front” project costs including the debt service as
well as all fees related to project development and implementation. The project cost include but not
limited to costs associated with-the Audit, Financing, Design and Specification. The Bid Solicitation,
Construction Interest, and Construction Management are paid from “ACTUAL REALIZED SAVINGS”. Annual
service fee e.g. (Savings Measurement, Verification, and Monitoring) replacement program. The
commercial program and cost to maintain the program will be paid for from ACTUAL savings.
Actual Savings include consumption reduction, rate reduction,
allowances, grants, rebates, and fuel switching
