OVERVIEW
1. Keeping your house in order:
Complete verification, checklists,
communications, and any other
preparations.
2. Prioritize packaging plans; determine eligible
students and assign packaging plan order.
3. Create and assign equations to specific
awards within packaging plans.
4. Build dynamic equations to provide you an
easy transition from year to year.
KEEPING YOUR
HOUSE IN ORDER
Complete verification,
checklists,
communications, and
any other
preparations.
PREPARING FOR
PACKAGING
1. Use 3 C’s to communicate with students and assign
appropriate checklists
2. Use CS work queues to identify and review students
3. Complete verification for students who are selected
and have provided documentation
4. Clear database mismatches

Editor's Notes

  1. **Display the Traditional Plan PDF** Students are not eligible for aid if enrolled in an Academic program that is not Title IV eligible. Delivered functionality did not work for ISU. We opted to use setup tables from the Early Financial Aid Categories in order to identify ineligible academic plans. We then referenced those tables in our equations to control Title IV funding. The convenience of this is that we can add or remove academic plans as Title IV eligibility changes without making any changes to the equations themselves.
