Students have index card assignments for two upcoming classes. On October 25, teams will research medieval articles in class using laptops and the library database, post one relevant article to the team file exchange, and summarize it in 2-3 paragraphs on an index card. On October 27, each team member will select a chapter from the 1493 reading, summarize themes from that chapter in 2-3 paragraphs or an outline on an index card.

• Tuesday, October 25 - 10 points
• Medieval Research – Library Data Base – In-class
• Bring a laptop if you have one!
• Preferably each team should have at least 2 laptops available Tuesday.
• Find one article related to your topic from your Medieval presentation.
• Post article in Team File Exchange.
• Summarize article in 2-3 paragraphs on index card.
• Thursday, October 27 - 10 points
• 1493 Reading assignment
• Each team member will select one chapter from chapters 1 – 10.
• Summarize themes from that chapter in 2-3 paragraphs, or equivalent outline.
